<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device, having outside dimension which can correspond to thinning of a portable device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device has a light-emitting element and a transparent resin surrounding the light-emitting element on a print substrate.
