<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment method and an exhaust gas treatment device capable of reducing the initial cost and the running cost. <P>SOLUTION: According to the exhaust gas treatment device, the TOC concentration of cleaning water is measured by a TOC meter 28, and a TOC regulator 29 as a control unit controls the spraying amount of water which is sprayed on a ring-shaped polyvinyliden chloride filling material 14 with microorganisms proliferated therein as an adsorbent, and small charcoal 15 according to the TOC concentration of cleaning water. Thus, the water spraying amount is made correspondent to the flow-in amount of exhaust gas in the adsorbent and the fluctuation of the concentration of organic matters in the exhaust gas, and the efficiency of the exhaust gas treatment can be enhanced. In addition, the necessities of conventional pre-treatment of the exhaust gas and the reproduction cost of the adsorbent can be suppressed to a minimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
