<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring apparatus capable of improving measurement accuracy even in continuous measurements. <P>SOLUTION: When a heater 4 is in a heated condition, side temperature signals are captured from side temperature sensors 11 and 13 of a flow sensor 1, and side temperature signals for reference corresponding to the side temperature signals are captured from side temperature sensors 11A and 13A for reference of a reference member 1A not to be heated. On the basis of the captured side temperature signals and the captured side temperature signals for reference, a physical property state information detection means 41c detects information on the state of physical properties indicating the state of physical properties of a fluid according to a temperature distribution approximately in a rectangular direction. Then a flow computation means 41c computes the quantity of flow of the fluid on the basis of captured upstream-side temperature signals, captured downstream-side temperature signals, and the detected information on the state of physical properties. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
