PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide completely burned high temperature combustion gas by efficiently reheating incompletely burned combustion gas. SOLUTION: A conduit 7 guiding flame from a burner nozzle of a burner 2 is horizontally connected to an outer circumference wall of a vertical and cylindrical main combustion tube 6 provided in a lower part of a hollow boiler body 3, such that the conduit 7 faces a tangential direction of the outer circumference wall of the main combustion tube 6. A plurality of secondary combustion tubes 8 comprised of porous plates or reticulated plates facing upward are concentrically arranged in an upper end opening of the main combustion tube 6. Flame jetted out from the burner nozzle passes through the conduit 7 and rises while spirally turning in the main combustion tube 6 and the secondary combustion tubes 8.
