PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift transmission system which exhibits the maximum operation force when engaging a gear. SOLUTION: This shift transmission system 1 makes control for directly indicating a shift DUTY305 (the pulse width ratio of driving voltage) for exhibiting the maximum operation force of the gear to an electric GSU 10 up to a gear engaging position 303 when engaging the gear, and reducing the shift DUTY305 to substantial 0 in a specific time 306 when getting over the gear engaging position 303, and makes control such as gradually increasing the shift DUTY305 with a specific time gradient 306 from a state of being 0 in the shift DUTY305 without imparting the shift DUYT 305 at once in a pulse shape as a specific value 308 just after starting to engage the gear.
