PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive electronic apparatus of simple constitution in which protective function of a secondary battery at the start of charging can be achieved without requiring an extra temperature sensor. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises a first apparatus incorporating a secondary battery, and a second apparatus connected with the first apparatus and having a function for subsidiarily charging the secondary battery incorporated in the first apparatus. Uncharging or charging of the secondary battery is designated by using temperature data obtained from an existing temperature sensor provided in the second apparatus or a temperature sensor provided in the third apparatus.
