PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat transfer device capable of improving adhesion characteristics between an acceptor substrate and a transfer layer of a donor film by a magnetic force of the substrate formed with a magnet and an adhesion frame including a magnetic body, when an organic film layer is formed on the acceptor substrate utilizing a laser heat transfer method. SOLUTION: The laser heat transfer device comprises a chamber 230 in which a donor film 350 and an acceptor substrate 250 are arranged and has a space in which a process is implemented wherein a transfer layer of the donor film 350 is transferred to the acceptor substrate 250, a substrate stage 200 which is arranged in the chamber 230 and supports the acceptor substrate 250 having a magnet 210, an adhesion frame 300 which is arranged at the upper part than the substrate stage 200 in the chamber 230 through the donor film 350 and the acceptor substrate 250 between the substrate stage 200 and has a magnetic body 310, and a laser oscillator 400 which is arranged at the outside or inside of the chamber 230.
