PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-function conflict extraction support apparatus and method and a program capable of reducing the time and labor of input, generating a conflict relation flow in a short time by easy and simple processing and substantially reducing the workload of software development. SOLUTION: The inter-function conflict extraction support apparatus comprises: an input device 20 for inputting basic information relating to the propriety of conflicts among a plurality of ranked functions with each other; a conflict information table preparation part 112 for preparing a conflict information table to be used for the processing of each part on the basis of the basic information; a first determination part 120 for determining the function in conflict relation with one function or with the plurality of functions determined to be in conflict already; a second determination part 130 for determining the function in exclusive relation with one of the functions determined to be in conflict by the first determination part 120 and in conflict with the function of a rank higher than the function in the exclusive relation, and the function in conflict with it; and an extraction part 140 for extracting the flow of the functions determined to be in conflict.
