PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job execution management method capable of efficiently executing a job corresponding to actual processing conditions, a job execution management system and a job execution management program. SOLUTION: Data relating to the execution start condition of the job are recorded in a job execution condition data storage part 22, and the completion information object data and state data of the job are recorded in a job completion information data storage part 23. In a file data storage part 25, data to be used in the job and file data generated in the job are recorded. A management computer 20 monitors the status of a file, and when there is the job which is turned executable, selects the job on the basis of the latest processing start time, and instructs the execution of the job.
