PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary electromagnetic radiation generated with a cable as an antenna caused by voltage fluctuation between a power supply and a ground plane of a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: This printed circuit board design support device has: a power supply-ground plane end part cell extraction part 5 dividing a layout of a power supply-ground plane of layout information of a design target printed circuit board connected with the cable into one or more cells, and extracting only a peripheral cell (a cell including a power supply plane end part) of the layout of the power supply-ground plane; a transmission admittance calculation part 8 calculating a transmission admittance that is a relation between a current induced to the cable and the voltage fluctuation of each frequency in the power supply-ground plane end part cell to a power supply current characteristic of an LSI at switching time of the LSI mounted on the board; and an electric field intensity calculation part 10 calculating an electric field intensity radiated from the cable on the basis of the calculated transmission admittance.
