PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus and communication system for achieving long-distance communication and high-rate communication when transmitting parallel data which are inputted from a device such as a DVD player or an on-vehicle camera mounted on a vehicle, from a transmitting apparatus to the receiving apparatus which outputs parallel data to a device such as a liquid crystal monitor or a speaker. SOLUTION: In a receiving apparatus 30 which receives a signal wave transmitted from a transmitting apparatus 20, the amplitude of a high frequency component in the received signal wave is enlarged.
