PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for predicting a viewing state with higher accuracy than that achieved by the existing systems. SOLUTION: The technology takes notice on the operations of recording reservation executed by individual terminals by viewers so as to more accurately reflect the actual viewing tendence. More specifically, a server apparatus collects the recording reservation tendency of broadcast contents by each viewer via a network, and distributes the result of collection to the terminals of the viewers, as reservation ranking information or as a recording reservation instruction.
