PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone holder capable of supporting a microphone formed of a long acoustic pipe at the side of a support in a right attitude, and also obtaining excellent vibration-proof effect. SOLUTION: The microphone holder is composed of: a pair of vibration-proof rings 12, 12 circumferentially disposed at predetermined intervals at appropriate positions in the direction of length of an acoustic pipe 22; a pair of adjustment rings 13, 13 holding the outer peripheral surface sides of these vibration-proof rings 12, respectively; and a connection cylinders 14 positioned between these adjustment rings 13 so as to be connected to each of the adjustment rings 13, respectively while being floated from the side of the acoustic pipe 22. Each of the adjustment rings 13 disposed to freely move forward and backward in the direction of length with respect to the connection cylinders 14 and to fix its position is arranged so as to freely press the held vibration-proof ring 12 from loose contact to press contact toward the side of the connection cylinders 14 in accordance with the extent of forward/backward movement.
