PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch circuit using pin diodes, enabling reductions in the number of components, a cost in the manufacturing process, and the dispersion of electric performance. SOLUTION: The high-frequency switch circuit includes a switch circuit 2 connected between an input terminal 3 and a plurality of output terminals 8, 9, so as to form a high-frequency signal path by selectively connecting the above input terminal with a predetermined output terminal. The above switch circuit 2 includes three parallel microstrip lines 200 being disposed between the above input terminal 3 and a branch 23 to each output terminal coupled with a 1/4 wavelength of a transmission signal, and pin diodes 17a, 17b of which one end is connected to the above high-frequency signal path at a position of the 1/4 wavelength of the transmission signal apart from the branch between the above branch and each output terminal, while the other end is grounded.
