PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a manner or self mode to a mobile communication terminal automatically by an extremely simple configuration and extremely simple processing mode setting operation. SOLUTION: When users set a point (start point) for setting the manner mode on the mobile communication terminal at the platform or the ticket gate of their entraining station, a control unit 33 receives the setting of the point (start point) for storing P-SC received at that time in a storage 34 inside the mobile communication terminal as the P-SC of the start point, and users store P-SC received until a point (end point) is set on the mobile communication terminal in the storage 34 as time series. After the second time, cell information monitored by a determination section 37 is compared with data stored in the storage 34, it is determined whether the cell information matches manner mode setting conditions, and transition is made to the manner mode automatically when it is determined that the cell information matches the conditions.
