PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller structure that enables the dissipation of heat and the driving of force at the same time. SOLUTION: An impeller includes a hub 64 having a circular end surface provided at the top and a side wall so formed as to extend downward from the periphery of the circular end surface, a spindle 67 connected vertically to a bottom center of the circular end surface, a plurality of blades 65 provided at the periphery of the side wall, a permanent magnet 66 provided at the inner periphery of the side wall, and a plurality of magnets or magnetically permeable member provided on the circular end surface of the hub 64. Since a driven portion within a cooled portion can be driven in synchronization with the hub 64 by attraction by magnetic force and attractive force therebetween, not only heat of the cooled portion can be dissipated, but also double effect can be attained that combines dissipation of heat with driving by a force produced by attractive force passing through magnets and magnetically permeable members.
