PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of pulling out an existing pipe driven deep, inexpensively in a short time without requiring labor. SOLUTION: The point of this method is to use a casing with a blade. The casing larger in diameter than the pile to be pulled out is allowed to enter from the outside of the pile, and a hole is formed to pull out the pile.
