POLLUTED SOIL TREATMENT SYSTEM AND POLLUTED SOIL TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polluted soil treatment system which treats a large quantity of polluted soil, improves the quality of the treated soil and reduces time required for the soil treatment in a limited working space. SOLUTION: The polluted soil treatment system is for treating polluted soil which contains volatile organic compounds and volatile component-containing oily materials. In addition, the system is provided with; a soil treatment machine 3 having a mixing device in which the polluted soil is mixed with additives which promote heat generation by hydration reaction with water in the polluted soil and a discharging device which discharges the mixed soil which is mixed in the mixing device; and a volatility-promoting means having at least two volatility-promoting rooms 5F and 5G which promote the volatility of the mixed soil discharged from the soil treatment machine 3 and gas-emitting pipes 9 and 10 which emit gases produced in the respective volatility-promoting rooms 5F and 5G.
