PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel chair with reclining structure which is suitable for folding of the wheel chair body without a large mechanism. SOLUTION: A rear-wheel drive wheel chair is equipped with; a front wheel-supporting part which supports front wheels and turns so that the front wheels recline by receiving downward force from a seat of the wheel chair; a first energizing power-giving means comprising a stretchable member which gives energizing power that energizes the front wheel-supporting part in the reverse direction of reclining and contracts or stretches by receiving downward force from the seat by leaning forward of a user with a certain weight who sits on the seat; and a turn lock mechanism which switches the front wheel-supporting part between turnable and non-turnable states.
