PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay type iontophoresis device which enables a medicament ion to be administered even to a lesion having a large unevenness such as the root of the toe or the gum. SOLUTION: This iontophoresis device 10 has an operation side electrode structure 20, a non-operation side electrode structure 40, and a DC power source 12 which is connected with them. The operation side electrode structure 20 is constituted of a clay-like substance 22, and an operation side electrode 24. In this case, a medicament which becomes the medicament ion to be administered is blended to the clay-like substance 22, and also, the clay-like substance 22 is freely plastic-deformable. The operation side electrode 24 is formed into a bar form which can be inserted in the clay-like substance 22 at an arbitrary position, and also, is connected with a polarity of the same kind as the medicament ion in the DC power source 12. At the time of use, the clay-like substance 22 is plastic-deformed in a manner to go along the uneven shape of a lesion and closely joined to the lesion.
