PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber cutting blade capable of suppressing a welding distortion during the manufacture of the cutting blade to a low level and realizing a stable cutting quality level for a long time and to provide a glass fiber cutting device provided with the cutting blade. SOLUTION: The glass fiber cutting blade 10 is constituted of a blade part 10a for cutting a glass fiber and a base part 10b, and a material of the blade part 10a is a cemented carbide containing a tungsten carbide (WC) and an average particle diameter (D) of the tungsten carbide is within a range of 0.25μm to 0.85μm in accordance with Fullman's formula.
