PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable tablet carrying device preventing appearance abnormalities such as cracks and chips from newly occurring in appearance of tablets to be inspected, on a supply passage of a tablet appearance inspection device incorporating the tablet carrying device. SOLUTION: A supply table of the tablet carrying device is provided with a tablet laying plate 20 having one end fixed to an inner peripheral face of an outer wall and the other end projecting to inside of an outer chamber, and arranged leaving a predetermined distance between a turn table and the tablet laying plate 20; and with a tablet juxtaposition prevention plate 26 arranged in the vicinity of a tablet take-in port in the outermost peripheral position of a supply part provided in the supply table.
