PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide type blister pack which is capable of easily fixing (locking) between a blister case 2 and a mount 1, and hardly disconnects the locking when it is fixed once. SOLUTION: The slide type blister pack has a means for facilitating insertion when a nail part 5 of the blister pack 2 is inserted into a notch part 6 of the mount 1 and a means for making the nail part 5 inserted once hardly pulled out from the notch part 6. As the means for facilitating insertion of the nail part 5, an upper part of an engaging part 8 for nail slide is cut off, a corroded part 7 is provided at the root of the nail part 5, or a notch shape 6c projecting to the lower side direction is provided at the central part of the notch part 6. In addition, as the means for making the nail part 5 inserted once hardly pulled out, the width of the nail part 5 has a wider part than the width of the root of the nail part 5 to make a shape with a step difference, or notch shapes 6b projecting to the upper side direction are provided on both ends of the notch part 6.
