A tension wire fastener of a non-strut underground retaining wall form panel is provided to fix a form panel to a retaining wall strongly with no supports by holding tension wires dually and strongly. The tension wire fastener of a non-strut underground retaining wall form panel comprises a primary anchorage(40) coupled to a bolt(32) of a tension wire(30) to fix a form panel on the inside of a form panel and provided with a projecting rod(44) formed on the wide end of a conic projection(41), a hole formed to the center of the conic projection, a screw thread formed on the inside diameter of the hole, a hollow hole(46) formed on the projecting rod and connected with the hole of the conic projection and a connecting screw(45) formed on the outside diameter of the projecting rod, a rubber pad(50) inserted to the inside of the form panel and provided with a hole(51) adhered closely between the wide end of the conic projection and the form panel to absorb the shock caused by the form panel as well as play and fitted with the projecting rod of the primary anchorage, a connecting rod(60) coupled with the primary anchorage to penetrate the tension wire inward, fixed to a secondary anchorage on the outside of the yoke through a hole formed on the yoke and provided with a screw thread formed on a circular pipe(61) to couple with the connecting screw of the primary anchorage, a rubber ring(70) fitted to the connecting rod to attach a secondary anchorage and the yoke tightly, and a secondary anchorage(80) provided with a knob(81) integrated with a wire fixture(85) and equipped with many projections to turn with hands conveniently.
