A multifunctional auto nursing bed is provided to automatize the assistance devices for a nursing person to operate the assistance devices by remote control and to reduce the burden of a nursing person. The multipurpose auto nursing bed includes a bed frame(1), an automatic posture assistance device, a compression pump, an air controller, a piping device, a water pump and a water controller. The bed frame includes a bath tub at the inside thereof. The automatic posture assistance device includes tubes A, B and C and a rope controller. The compression pump fills air into the tubes. The valves are opened and closed by an electric device. In the air controller, valves are mounted on each tube to control the amount of the air. The piping device connects the tubes and the controller.
