<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a defective magnet piece and a magnet roller, and a magnet piece and a magnet roller after use result in industrial waste and may lead to adverse affect on the environment of the earth. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet roller contains a resin magnetic material containing a resin binder and magnetic powder. The resin binder is the resin magnetic material containing an aliphatic polyester resin and/or aromatic polyester, which is biodegradable. Providing such a magnet roller solves the problem. As one embodiment, the magnet roller is obtained by a manufacturing method including the step of forming a magnet piece by injection molding and the step of sticking one or more magnet pieces to the external circumferential face of a shaft. As another embodiment, the magnet roller is obtained by a manufacturing method including the step of injection molding the resin magnetic material into a magnet roller shaft and a roller main body so that they are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
