<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of membrane-electrode assembly of solid polymer fuel cell preventing electrolyte membrane from deformation when transcribing a catalyst layer on the electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the MEA, forming a lamination body by interposing the electrolyte membrane 3 between the catalyst layer transcription films 1a, 1b on which the catalyst layers 2a, 2b are formed; and transcribing the catalyst layers 2a, 2b on the electrolyte membrane 3 by heating the lamination body; is characterized by infiltrating the electrolyte membrane 3 in advance; and by arranging protection films 5a, 5b having a thickness same as the thickness of the catalyst layer transcription films having the catalyst layer at outer peripheral part of the catalyst layer transcription films 1a, 1b, before or after forming the lamination body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
