<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute hot water in proportion to an electric power consumption considering a process for making hot water for equitably billing respective houses for use of the hot water. <P>SOLUTION: A computing part 9a performing billing computation is arranged in a system controller 9. In supply of electric power generated by a fuel cell unit 2 and hot water inside a hot water tank 4 to a plurality of houses A, B, C and D, billing for a hot water consumption of the hot water tank 4 is calculated so that an allowable hot water consumption proportional to an electric power consumption is secured for each house and a house consuming hot water beyond the allowable consumption is billed for the surplus consumption while a house not fully consuming the secured allowable consumption gets a refund for an unused consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
