<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite for a resin bonded magnet which can provide good anisotropy even with a practically low orientation magnetic field strength, is excellent in mechanical strength while maintaining high residual magnetic flux density and high maximum energy product, and can cope with miniaturization of shape, and to provide a resin bonded magnet using the same and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The composite for the resin bonded magnet used for compression molding contains a resin binder principally containing a magnetic powder (A) containing a rare earth element and a thermosetting resin (B) having a radical polymerizaion reaction performance. In this composite, the thermosetting resin (B) contains a reactive cross-linking monomer (C) of an amount so sufficient that a viscosity to be measured at a room temperature may be 5-5,000 mPa s, and the viscosity of the composite in compression molding is 50,000 mPa s or low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
