<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of three-wavelength LED which can be adjusted to white colors having different color warmth, can generate a light ray of migration complexion, and can modulate the complexion of the light ray in a limited range. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure of three-wavelength LED including a substrate, at least one printed circuit layer, at least one blue LED die, at least one green LED die and a red fluorescent layer, the printed circuit layer is set on the surface of the substrate, the blue LED die is set on the surface of the substrate and the printed circuit board while electrically connected to the printed circuit layer, the green LED die is set on the surface of the substrate and the printed circuit layer while not in contact with the blue LED die and electrically connected to the printed circuit layer, and the red fluorescent layer has a chemical substance which can convert the wavelength of electromagnetic wave to, by covering the blue LED die and the green LED die, convert the wavelength of the light ray emitted from both the dies into another wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
