<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an allele-specific primer in which when a base directly adjacent to the 3' side of a target SNP base is C and a base adjacent to the base is T, possibility of false positiveness is extremely low and clear SNP discrimination is possible. <P>SOLUTION: The method for discriminating a target base of DNA is designed such that a 3' terminal base is an SNP corresponding base, the second base from the 3' terminal is T, the third base from the 3' terminal is T, G or C and the base sequence from the fourth base from the 3' terminal to the 5' terminal base is complementary to a base sequence from the target SNP base to a desired base from a base adjacent to three bases to the 3' side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
