PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for improving the normal-run drivability of a vehicle with a continuously variable transmission which has a gear ratio changed so that an actual input rotating speed is a target input rotating speed set in accordance with a target driving force relative value. SOLUTION: In the continuously variable transmission 18 which has the gear ratioγchanged so that the actual input rotating speed NINis the target input shaft rotating speed NIN* set in accordance with target output P*, first target output P1* is calculated in accordance with an accelerator operation amount Acc and an accessory load AUXby a target output calculating means 156 and second target output P2* is also calculated without considering the accessory load AUX, while the second target output P2* is set as target output P* during regular running. Thus, the target output P* is not changed even when the accessory load AUXis changed during normal run, and the target input shaft rotating speed NINis prevented from being changed, resulting in improved drivability during normal run.
