PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate taking effective panning photos. SOLUTION: The moving velocity of a main object on an imaging surface is detected, and the main object velocity is calculated based on a difference between the detected moving velocity and panning velocity by a photographer, during the exposure process, a difference between the calculated object moving velocity and the panning velocity by the photographer, that is, a panning velocity error is detected, and optical eccentricity is given so as to correct the error, consequently, the photographer can take clear panning photos.
