PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device for vehicle capable of preventing an unnecessary occupant crash protection device from being activated when the event other than when an object collides with a vehicle door occurs. SOLUTION: During the opened state of the vehicle door, in the duration of a first predetermined time T1 after the operation from the opened state of the vehicle door to the closed state, and in the duration of a second predetermined time T2 from the activation of a front airbag device 16, an activation prohibitive processing part 32 performs the prohibitive processing which prohibits the actuation of a side airbag device 17 by a determination part 31. However, when the vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 13 is larger than a predetermined vehicle speed threshold, the activation prohibitive processing part 32 does not perform the prohibitive processing.
