PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpolate a transmission path estimation value obtained from an scattered pilot signal arranged on a non-square lattice into another lattice by using a two dimensional non-separable filter. SOLUTION: In a receiver, a high-precision estimation of transmission path can be performed by using the two dimensional filter having a non-square pass band with respect to a scattered pilot arranged in a non-square manner. A hardware cost is reduced by generating the two dimensional filter in a two stepped configuration out of one dimensional filters. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
