PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily set a resonation frequency at a high frequency or a low frequency, while realizing low ESL and high ESR in a stacked capacitor. SOLUTION: In a capacitor body 8, a first capacitor section 11 and a second capacitor section 12 are arranged so as to be aligned in the direction of stacking. The resonance frequency of the first capacitor section 11 is set higher than the resonant frequency of the second capacitor section 12 so that the first capacitor section 11 can contribute to low ESL, and the ESR per layer of the second capacitor section 12 is made higher than the ESR per layer of the first capacitor section 11 so that the second capacitor section 12 can contribute to high ESR.
