PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable warp knitted fabric well-balanced in elongation and power and improved in burst strength and tear strength, favorably preventing occurrence of curl and suitable for utilization to sport clothes and inner garment. SOLUTION: The stretchable warp knitted fabric is obtained by knitting a non-elastic yarn and an elastic yarn in combination. The nonelastic yarn 10 comprises a knitting structure A in which the nonelastic yarn 10 is shogged to wale direction by one wale width every one course and by totally two wale widths in one repeated unit to form loops on all of the courses, and the first elastic yarn 20 is equipped with a knitted structure B in which the elastic yarn 20 has a course overlapping between a plurality of needles in same course and a part shogged to wale direction by one wale width from previous course between courses and transferred to the following course every one course or two courses to form loops on all of the courses, and the second elastic yarn 30 is equipped with a knitted structure C in which the second elastic yarn 30 is shogged alternately to left and right by one wale width every one course.
