PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional method for impregnating an anodization film with polytetrafluoroethylene particles or making the anodization film adsorb the particles does not provide sufficient adhesiveness between the anodization film and polytetrafluoroethylene, consequently does not provide sufficient durability to the coating, and has been used in a limited application field, because the market requires technologies to enhance the performance and the function. SOLUTION: A method for forming a lubrication coating having excellent lubricity comprises the steps of: forming the anodization film on the surface of aluminum, magnesium or the alloy thereof; making the anodization film electrochemically or chemically adsorb polytetrafluoroethylene in an aqueous dispersion liquid containing polytetrafluoroethylene and a reactive surfactant and drying the polytetrafluoroethylene film.
