PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printing and sticking device which can easily adjust a printing location to a label, and has a compact structure. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the label printing and sticking device, a slide roller 40 engages with a belt-shaped mount transferred thereto, and is rotatably supported by a U-shaped frame 42 which then has a pair of slide rods 44 mounted on a right surface, as shown in Fig. 2. The pairing slide rods 44 are slidably inserted into holes 48 formed in a bearer 30 in a manner in parallel with a transfer direction of the belt-shaped mount, and a bolt 50 is inserted into a lower edge of the bearer 30, as shown in the figure, in a manner orthogonal to the holes 48. Thus when the bolt 50 is loosened, a printing location adjusting means 32 is made slidable along the holes 48, 48, whereas when the bolt 50 is tightened, the slide rods 44 abut on the tip of the bolt 50, to thereby fix the printing location adjusting means 32 to the bearer 30.
