PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple water containing device for a cooling tube cleaning ball of a condenser capable of maintaining the performance of the condenser by sufficiently including water in the ball by completely extracting a minute amount of air included in each ball for cleaning a condenser, thereby enabling the ball to circulate in the cooling tubes for cooling in the condenser and cleaning the inside of the cooling tubes. SOLUTION: The simple water containing device for a cooling tube cleaning ball of a condenser comprises a pressure vessel for putting the ball therein for cleaning the condenser for condensing steam after drive of a turbine in a power plant by cooling water and which can maintain a state of decompression near to a vacuum state, a vacuum pump for making the pressure vessel a negative pressure, a decompression releasing device for releasing decompression of the pressure vessel, an underlaying meshed wire net for holding the ball at the inner bottom portion of the pressure vessel, and a fixing tool for fixing the underlaying meshed wire net.
