PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly conserve a space needing conservation of air quality such as a clean room, from contaminants when undertaking construction in an area locally close to a building having such space, to some degree. SOLUTION: In this construction method for a case when the building having the space needing conservation of air quality, exists in an area which may be affected by particulate contaminant such as dust and molecular contaminant such as a gas generated by the construction, replaced filters 1 are used as the whole or a part of air filters 124 of an outside air treatment air conditioner 120 in a certain period when the contaminants may be generated in the construction, and the replaced filters 1 are replaced by temporary air filters 2 for curing having pressure loss not more than that of the replaced filter 1, and capable of eliminating both of the particulate contaminant and molecular contaminant to undertake the construction.
