PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness routing structure of a vehicle capable of simply and properly routing a harness such as an antenna feeder wire. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a mounting bracket 16 for mounting an assistant grip 15 to a roof side rail 11. A harness is routed along the roof side rail 11.
