PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which is constituted by laminating a polyethylene porous film, a reticulated fabric and a nonwoven fabric, and excellent in air permeability, the adhesiveness of the respective layers, durability, heat sealability, etc. SOLUTION: In the composite sheet, the melting point (T1) of a polyethylenic resin used in the polyethylene porous film is higher than the melting point (T2) of the polyethylenic resin used in the surface layer composed of the stretched composite yarns of the reticulated fabric and the melting point (T3) of the polyethylenic resin used in the sheath part of the composite fiber of the nonwoven fabric by 5°C or above, and the difference between T2 and T3 is 15°C or below.
