PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new circuit configuration with an interpolation circuit capable of realizing delayed treatment. SOLUTION: A receiving data string is stored in a memory 40. Substring conforming to the delayed time is selected from the receiving data string and supplied to a multiplier 54. The multiplier 54 is supplied with each of a plurality of receiving data comprising the substring step by step from the memory 40. The multiplier 54 multiplies each of a plurality of receiving data by an interpolation coefficient conforming to the delayed time in each stage of receiving data. The multiplier 60 integrates a plurality of multiplication results for a plurality of the receiving data acquired from the step by step performance of the multiplication for the interpolation coefficient by the multiplier 54 with the each receiving data.
