An apparatus for fabricating an organic electroluminescence display device is provided to accurately form a mask by uniformly distributing stress through free movement of a gripper. A mask(160) selectively transmits light to deposition to form a thin film on a substrate. Plural grippers(163) are positioned around the mask to clamp the mask. Plural pins(172) are fastened with the grippers to move the grippers left and right. A stretching box receives the pins, and has a sliding unit in which the pins are movable left and right. A power source supplies a power to the stretching box to stretch the mask. |
