A singulation apparatus is provided to prevent a lead frame from being separated from a punch by outer impact generated when the punch rises by installing a rotatable support bar in the elevation path of the punch. A hole(111) is formed in the center of a frame(110). A pair of protrusions(120) are installed at one side of the frame wherein the end part of the protrusion protrudes to the penetration path of the hole, positioned at both sides of the hole. A support bar(130) is installed in a position crossing a die at one side of the frame, capable of rotating at a predetermined angle of 90~130 degrees. After the support bar is rotated by outer force, the support bar returns by a push bar installed in the frame if the outer force is removed.
