<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat transfer method that has enabled to laminate effectively by magnetic force when a donor film and an acceptor substrate are laminated by the laser transfer method, and a manufacturing method of an organic light emitting element utilizing this. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer method comprises a step in which an acceptor substrate on at least one side of which a magnetic body is formed is located on a substrate stage in a process chamber, a step in which a donor film including an electromagnet is located on the acceptor substrate, a step in which the donor film and the acceptor substrate are laminated by a magnetic force acting between the electromagnet formed on the donor film and the magnetic body of the acceptor substrate, and a step in which at least one region of the transfer layer is transferred on the acceptor substrate by irradiating laser on the donor film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
