<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no mechanism to perform delivery to a right person without worrying about an information leak when the user acquires the official document, the official documents are not collectively acquired when a plurality of local governments or departments are concerned, and a history output by an applicant from an automatic delivery machine cannot be tracked. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic delivery server is arranged independently of an electronic application system in a shared center and stores the official documents which are encrypted by using the public key of application data. When the applicant acquires the official documents from the automatic delivery machine, he/she performs complex processing by using a secret key paired with the public key so as to acquire the documents. In this case, functions are used, i.e., the function of issuing the official documents in response to an official document acquiring method designated by the applicant and the function of managing the history such as the acquisition place where the applicant acquires the official documents, the acquisition date, and whether an authentication base is used or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
