<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management system capable of improving security by preventing erroneous detection of an earthquake caused by a usual local shake. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of management sections are provided in a building. Individual authentication terminals 1 are provided near the entrances of the plurality of management sections respectively. The individual authentication terminal 1 has a magnetic card reading part and an earthquake sensor 2. The earthquake sensor 2 detects a shake received from the outside. The earthquake sensor 2 generates an earthquake detection signal which shows the detected result of the shake when detecting the shake of predetermined magnitude or more. Entrance doors of the plurality of management sections are provided with electric locks 3 serving as lock devices respectively.
