PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent false recognition of an actual elapsed time or a remaining time when graphs showing elapsed times are collectively displayed for broadcast programs (especially, a plurality of broadcast programs having different broadcast time). SOLUTION: A monitor screen 21 collectively displays a plurality of bar graph video images bg 1 in which elapsed times of broadcast and the remaining times for each of a plurality of broadcast are shown so that they are segmented and the span of its time axis is set at the broadcast time length of each broadcast time, and a character video image g3 showing the broadcast time length (span of time axis) of a broadcast program corresponding to each of the video images bg1.
